Course Objectives
After completing this course, you will learn:

• Learn the Scrum roles – ScrumMaster, Product Owner & Development Team • Conduct sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospective meetings
• Practice Agile estimating, planning and forecasting in an empirical environment
• Maintain and use a burndown charts
• Track and report progress
• How to successfully scale Scrum to large, multi-continent projects with team sizes in the hundreds

Product Details
This two-day course provides the fundamental principles of Scrum, gives participants hands-on experience using Scrum, and closes with Certification as a recognized ScrumMaster.

All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Following successful completion of the course, each participant will be designated as a Certified Scrum Product Owner. This certification includes a oneyear membership to the Scrum Alliance, where additional member-only material and information are available. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD & track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
